Lithgow Free-range Meats has a long standing involvement with the local beef, pork, poultry and lamb industry. We are able to discern the subtle differences between farming regions and breeds, and we ensure the best animal raising techniques through process and distribution.
We have a strong relationship with our growers to establish premium meats in the market place both here in Australia and internationally.
Our beef is 100% pasture fed, and we use prime Wagyu over our Angus cattle. Our full-blood Wagyu bulls are based in three main Japanese bloodlines. Find out more.
